Every monument and memorial in DC is special. It represents an person, an idea, a hero, and sometimes more.
Not every monument and memorial in DC is listed here. Not every photo here is an original. Some of them have been provided by other sites and people for the explicit use on our personal web site. However, as I visit each of these locations I plan on replacing these photos with photos taken by the family on a D.C. excursion.
