			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Mary Joyce got me a pedometer and today was my first day of full use.  I went swimming this morning and when I came home, I mowed the backyard.  Somehow I also managed to rack up 10,894 steps.  Do any of you have a pedometer?  I was thinking about tracking it per day in a database to track my step performance.</p>
<p>Do any of you use a pedometer?  Do you use something to track your daily results?</p>
