• I primed and painted the walls (yellow) and ceiling (white).
• Larry helped me put in the kitchen floor.
• Painted the old fan white and re-installed it.

It’s starting to look pretty good.  I still have to put in the new oven blower, and there is a tile or two that will have to be replaced before I seal it, wax it, and buff it.

Once the floor is completed, Larry is going to install a dishwasher and connect the refrigerator’s ice maker.  We are going to install the remaining cabinets that we removed and put in a piece as filler, since dish-washers are a standard size and putting one in will create a gap between the re-inserted cabinet and the dish-washer.

On Sunday Laura and I worked in the garden in front of the house.  We planted a lot of tulips and daffodils.  There are some other types of flowers that will get planted in the back and in the front of the flower bed.  All the tulips and daffodils were planted in the middle.  I can only hope and pray that it grows in beautifully next year.
